To prepare you and keep you safe, we recommend all our new crossfitters to take our On-Boarding class before joining group classes. In these classes, we go through movements like squats, deadlifts, cleans, push press, kettlebell swings, etc. and make sure you can do each correctly before attending general CrossFit classes.
Our On-Boarding class is a series of private, one-on-one sessions with a certified CrossFit trainer. These sessions will cover proper form and technique of CrossFit movements including squats, deadlifts, push press, push jerk, use of the rings, box jumps and more. These sessions move at your pace, so the more knowledge you have coming in, the more that will be covered during your session.
Call to schedule your On-Boarding class. Be sure to bring water, comfortable shoes, an open mind and positive attitude! But most of all, come prepared to have fun and be exposed to a whole new way of working out!
